The roots

Authentic flavours.

Bitter (a name of German origin) was first produced in Holland as a bitter, intended as a liqueur, which then spread throughout the rest of the world.

It became popular in Italy in 1860 initially as an after-meal liqueur and later as an alcoholic aperitif. It was not until 1961 that it was transformed from an alcoholic beverage into a non-alcoholic drink, soon becoming the most widely used aperitif throughout the country.

Try them in the three tastes white, red and blond.

The sweet, slightly sparkling non-alcoholic Biz bitters, available in three variants white, red and blond, thanks to their unmistakable bitter aftertaste with delicately fruity notes, are ideal for creating alcoholic cocktails and aperitifs to drink with friends and colleagues during happy hours and relaxing moments of break both at home and at the bar.
